Ocean Shores offers 97 one- and two-bedroom affordable rental apartments for people ages 55 and older. This senior community offers wall-to-wall carpeting in the bedrooms, wood-style flooring throughout the living areas, brand new appliances, balconies in some apartments, central heat and air conditioning, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a club room, resident lounges and bike storage. Ocean Shores is a pet-friendly, non-smoking community. Ocean Shores is certified under the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED for Homes Rating System and under the Massachusetts New Homes with ENERGY STAR Program.
